This time it was different. You'd folded, you were all certain of that, but it felt different this time. Smoother, almost like traveling through a dream. Or maybe a nightmare. There had been visions, though none of you are able to remember them clearly right now. You all feel rested, but also violated. Stone and Starscream at least have the benefit of having seen the alterations to the fold drive, giving them a level of peace, an explanation for what might have caused the different experience.

And it was over fast, so very fast.

One minute you'd all been in your various parts of the ship (or outside it) and the next, you were still there, but you all knew things had changed.

This was especially true for the four of you who were outside the Integrity and had simply been caught in the fold radius. You all knew you were in space, but not deep space. You're not far from a planet, but it is not the same planet you were just on, and it's not Earth.

Starscream and Stone, you're still in Engineering.

Genius and Ares, you're still on the Bridge.

Bones, Doc Destiny, and our newly arrived Valkyrie, Stokes, are all outside the ship.

And Shepard, God apparently heard you. You're alive. In fact, not only are you alive, but there's no apparent trace of the Scouts that had been intent on murdering you moments before.

Starscream and Stone, Engineering is empty except for the Invid in Green.

Genius and Ares, the Bridge is empty except for the Invid in Yellow.

You'll all find that the comm lockdown has been lifted, which is why everyone's back in one thread, even with you all scattered all over the map.

I groggily get to my feet, helping Scream as I do.

"Wha...What happened?" as I ask, I begin to do a internal system check of my cyclone.

Shepard blinks furiously, trying to make sure he's not hallicinating from the steep dive.

Sure that he is actually now in deep space, he quickly collects himself.

"Looks like it worked. My team needs to regroup. Is there a place on this ship with sustained atmosphere that we can use for that? After that, maybe you'd care to explain just where in the hell you took us just now."

"Stone, I know you're not the expert, but go look over those consoles. See if you can figure anything out."

Back into the radio:
"Genius, if Ares is through with you, I'm thinking we could use you down here right about now. The rest of you stand by, I'll have a rendezvous location in a moment."

While I am saying that I am sending a military coded non audio message to everyone to meet in Engineering. ASAP.

OK, per request from Jester (well, he didn't really request this but he sent me a text message and so I'm making a GM ruling) we're going to pretend he's had time to tell you all (you all being the folks outside of the spaceship) to go to Hangar Bay 5, and that you all actually did so. The process is a simple one, and once all of you have come aboard the Bay closes up and reintroduces breathable air (all without any visible crew...spooky!). Considering this is a fairly standard, albeit dated, design we'll continue assuming everyone was able to navigate their way safely from HB5 to engineering where you find Stone and Starscream being conversational with an Invid dressed in Green Robes.

If anything wants to have done something on the route from getting onboard the ship and getting to engineering, just send me a Private Message.

Otherwise, actions?
