Considering the locations of most of your entry points that you've been covering, it'll take you Ares a few rounds to get to the Hangar in question. Stupid Capital ships and their long, long corridors. |

Last call for Doc Destiny, Starscream, and Stokes to do anything wild n crazy in deep space, or for Shepard to make any command type decisions on the bridge. Will progress the scene later tonight, otherwise. |

A good bit.

Yours is bigger than theirs.

Odds are you can't outspeed them. Where would you go, anyway?

Define near...but realistically, no.

"Gravity off, Ares, or varied?"
((Genius's reasoning: Since we're all rated pilots, we can handle some sudden g-shifts if necessary. Since we're all sitting down, variable gravity won't fuck as nearly as badly as people trying to move around. Assuming the gravity can work in sections, Genius can sorta random-walk gravity wells across the ship... they may only vary from 0-1.5 or something, but that's enough to seriously screw with someone walking around. If he's got fine control, he can do all sorts of things. Otherwise, he just hits "shuffle" and lets them deal with it)) _________________ Dr. Otto Octavius: I will not die a monster. |

If both have Zero G Combat, off might not be a bad idea (Stone should, not 100% sure about the C/O) |

Gravity can be independently controlled for different parts of the ships (it's only fair, as the Invid already inflicted this tactic on you all earlier) |

Bones, Stokes, and Doc Destiny are working in a formation pattern, while you are in Rambo mode. At present, the lot of you have eliminated twenty of the native personal fighters, leaving ten left to destroy.
Of the five capital ships, four remain, with the lead ship having been vaporzied by the Integrity. The remaining four capital ships released a second wave of personal fighters, but due to the positions they've taken in the course of the fight, these new personal fighters are en route for the Integrity and are ignoring the four player characters that are battling in space.
Shepard and Genius are on the bridge of the Integrity, along with the Invid in Yellow. The Invid in Green was in the launch bay that was used by the lot of you to get into space, and he alerted the bridge that the natives were boarding the ship. They apparently have stealth technology, and were able to bring a couple of smaller ships right up on the Integrity without anyone noticing and deployed troops. Communication with the Invid in Green has been cut off, and Stones and Ares are en route to face the natives.
Also, before he took off, Ares gave these final instructions...

"Negative. The fields weren't expected so you all have clearance to open fire with missiles. Divert your attacks from the fighters to their ships and disable their engines, then you may resume fighter mop-up. Do not let yourselves get too spaced out, maintain sight of your wingmen."
...Ensuring he is ready for combat he gets ready to leave the bridge
"Genius, Shepard, make sure you're buckled into those chairs. Genius, start alternating the ship's gravity on and off every 3 minutes. 3 on, 3 off it you find it possible. Give us a quick notice before each. I will head down to ensure Stone has sufficient backup. Shepard you have the con." |
Since we're just now getting back into the thick of things, I'm going to give 22'ish hours for folks to make any necessary or desired posts, and then we'll be moving on to the next stage of battle. |

"Rouge Leader to Wraith squadren. Form up a wedge and make your attack run on the capital ship's engines. One fighter unloads and the other two provide cover. Then reform for additional runs until all three of you have dropped your payloads or the ships are down. I'll attempt to draw off their fire.
Once we get those big(g)s out of the way, Stoker you reform on my wing, and we'll mop up the remaining fighters in two groups."
After giving the order, I'll take my alpha to the bow section of the ship and law down some annoyance fire in an attempt to draw the ships defenses to me. _________________ Alright, so I fucked her. What of it? -- Dr. Venture |
