For these initial few posts, I want you to build your own scene. You are awaking inside your home, or wherever you crashed the night before. For the Nightspawn (and Guardians) in the game, you'll be awaking to a transformers body. The same goes for the Werebeasts, though I leave you the option of waking up in full on animal mode, or in Were mode.
Keep in mind, except for a couple of you, I've never even been to your state, let alone your city or home. So for these early posts, you're going to have to put in a lot of descriptors for me.
And...go! |

Jumping as my stupid stereo once again wakes me up over the sound of the fan in my room, I throw off the covers and look to see where the cat is waiting to trip me before I start walking to the bathroom door, only to panic as I look down and see I've gone from having my gut and black hair covering it to smooth white skin with only a trace of hair. Running into the bathroom and turning on all the lights to look at myself in the mirror I nearly pass out as I see my new self, looking shorter, and much whiter then I was before, all the color drained out of my hair and skin, "What the hell?" Running back out to my bedroom and grabbing a T-shirt I open my bedroom door and go across the hall to knock on my roommates door, wanting to wake Casitas up and see if either I'm dreaming or hallucinating. |

It appears, for once, Casitas has risen before you. Or she's dead drunk. Either way, there is no response to your pounding on her door. |

"Son of a... figures...." going back to my room as my cat yells at me for not paying attention to her I go back to the mirror trying to see if maybe the image has changed back to the normal version of me... when it still doesn't change back I pick up my phone and call in sick to work while I sit down and turn on my computer and try to figure out what the heck I'm going to do now, and how in the world I'll end up explaining this to anyone while it slowly boots up. |

As the computer reaches a full boot, you notice that there's a new anti-virus program on your PC called Elite Guardian. It seems to have been installed in your sleep last night, and it appears to have cleared out a couple dozen nasty buggers you've never even heard of. |

Looking closer at my computer, I try to see what else is on the thing... I also go over by my desk and pull out my laptop to see if something happened to that as well. |

You find the exact same program on your laptop, though it appears to have caught even more crawlies roaming around your system. Otherwise, both computers appear unaffected. Though you notice that once you log online, on either machine, the new anti-virus program fires up anew, running scan after scan. |

I'll try to open the Elite Guarding program to see if I can find an 'about' page or maybe some sort of hyperlink leading to the countries webpage. Also, while I'm working on this am I getting hungry? |

There appears to be no about page or source hyperlink. So far, you're surprisingly not hungry at all. Though some coffee might be good. |

Moving to my closet and mini-fridge I grab a diet coke, trying to figure out how this could have happened, going back to the computer and throwing up my browser again and doing a search for 'Elite Guardian' and sudden albinism'. |

It appears your anti virus is keeping you from completing the search. And then there's a ding from your inbox. |

Feeling more then a little frustrated at all this, I open up my E-mail to see what is there. (Has my cat reacted strangely to me at all?) |

You've barely seen your cat all morning. So perhaps it is, yes.
The email, in all caps, from an unknown sender, simply says "STAY OFF THE INTERNET!!!" |

Being rather weirded out by all this I'll close the browser for now and try to take stock of all this, looking myself over and trying to figure out what hasn't changed and if I feel sick or strange in any sort of way. |

Well, you're still a man. That at least hasn't changed. Fingers, toes, eyes, nose. Otherwise, you feel pretty different. Though you feel a bit cold, a chill that doesn't go away even if you put on extra layers of clothing. |

I'll sit on the edge of my bed and try to probe where I feel cold, is it all over my skin, is it like there's a draft or something? |

It's almost like a brain freeze, though not as painful or intense. And it's everywhere, but primarily it seems to be in your skin. |

I move over to the window and open my blinds, thinking that maybe I just need some sun to help warm things up in my room. |

The bit of sunlight has an immediate impact on you. Yes, you definitely want more of this. |

Opening the blinds the rest of the way I go and lay back on the bed in the sun, trying to figure out what the hell is going on here, and see if I can remember anything about last night that could have led to this. |

Changing the blinds doesn't seem to have slackened the desire for more sunlight. As for last night, you're drawing a complete blank. The last thing you remember at all was opening your front door after getting home for the night. |

Laying on the bed in the sun I'm going to actually try to put some effort into this, try to concentrate as hard as I can on what happened that night. (Hoping to trigger my object read or something, granted it's my bed and nothing happens there, but heh... :p) |

Oh something happens alright.
After about five minutes of really thinking about it, your head starts pounding. Absolutely pounding. |

((IT'S NOT A TUMOR!!!!))
Sitting up and holding my poor tired pounding head in my hands I stumble over to my bathroom to try and take some ibuprofen and get my migraine Ice-pack out of my freezer. |

That's strange. that ice pack should've lasted you quite a while. Instead, it's melted through in just a few minutes. |
