Character Generation:
Use TSR6871 MA0 Advanced Edition Players Handbook found here
You can trade in one power, to get three (3) "stunts" in your other powers (i.e. you get Telekinesis with one power; rather than having another power, you trade it in to get Force Bolts at -1CS, Projected Force Field at -2CS, and Flight at -1CS from your Telekinesis power)
Dodging:
White - Autohit; you zigged, when you should have zagged
Green - All opponents are at -4CS to hit you
Yellow - Dodged; all ranged attacks miss
Red - Respond! Not only do you Dodge, you get a +2CS bonus to your next ranged attack |

Serious question, can we use the ultimate power book if we own it? |

PM me the power you're thinking of, but more than likely, yes. |

Also, are you forcing Karma pools on us if we team up? |

Forcing? No.
I will say they are a good idea, in moderation (it becomes the group's "Nobody has to die!" pool). |

Only if you're not enforcing some of the bullshit "oh look, Steve-o saved an old man instead of stopping to put out that fire. You've all lost your karma now." rules.
Though since you've had no takers on this one so far, perhaps it doesn't matter. |

The only "reset to zero" in the game, is Death, to my knowledge.
Yeah, "re-modeling" a city block will earn you some negative karma, but Karma is XP, in this game. I want you to earn enough to advance, as time goes on...

There is that. |

But I love raising a city block!
Then of course there was that time in that Heroes Unlimited game that I kicked that old man in the Jimmy... yeah he had it coming!
I still can't believe that group had a Horror Factor! |
