Mac lets the rage pass on by, odds are he's been fully briefed on your issues. Or he simply just doesn't care. Either way, after he takes your hand and with a soul twisting step through a land of dreams and mirrors, you find yourself returned to your quarters in the Castle.

As he tries to hold back the wave of nausea, Brutus makes a note to ask about that later, much later.

"Right away sir," Mac slides out of reality, returning moments later with a bucket. Creature indeed.

"Incidentally, you'll be meeting with the King soon. I hope your stomach will have settled by then, my Prince."

After the nausea had finished tearing through Brutus's system, he took to resting. He was not only physically exhausted, but his mind was in need of serious rest. Barriers and restraints built up over decades had all been shattered, and he was still too fresh in the blood lust of his last escapade in the Eastlands to have been thrust into a political game like this. If he was to meet this King soon, he'd need every minute to fully regain his skills in this particular arena.

Mac stood in silent while his charge rested. His thoughts were unreadable, but odds are they were none too kind. After an hour or so, however, his statue like body surged to life. "A guard comes, it is time for you to meet with the King."
